How plasma treatment is performed?

Plasma treatment is generally performed in closed chamber or enclosure that is evacuated by pumping out the gas within the enclosure prior to letting gas in. The gas flows in the enclosure at a low pressure before any energy i.e. electrical power is applied.

The plasma treatment performed at low temperature can easily process heat sensitive materials. Such plasmas are referred to as ‘cold plasma’. Plasma treatment is mainly used for cleaning, surface activation, deposition and etching.  We, at Axend are leading and accredited distributors for materials and tools for SE region.  Our plasma surface treatment equipments are used for cleaning, surface treatment and long-term adhesive bonding of plastics and other metals with total satisfaction by our clients.
